We work hard to bring amazing food with flawless execution based on open communication and fast response times. It's important to us to know how we're doing and what we can improve on.
We hired Brendon and team when hosting an engagement dinner... He was very responsive and adjusted the menu to her fiancé's wishes, including accommodating a gluten allergy.
All attending were in awe of the food's presentation and taste. He made hosting the dinner effortless so that we could also enjoy the evening,

Chef Brendon has catered many of our friend's parties. The food and timing of the courses is always amazing.I'm impressed by the way he can make so many foods that accommodate food allergies and preferences without it feeling like he just created an afterthought side dish.

Mixers and Morsels saved the day! They were able to quickly accommodate my request for a holiday catering service for 130 people. The food was delicious, the service excellent! 10/10 recommend. All our employees raved about the food, we will definitely keep them in mind for our next event.

Brendon catered our wedding... we cannot rave enough about working with him and the food. We had guests asking if they could get recipes. My husband and I weren’t sure we could afford to have a buffet catered and Brendon made our wedding meal far and above anything we thought we could have.
